This accident was located in the north airport, not the south.

Also pam am was discontinued in the 2000s

Thank you. The 25 is rarely in service; mostly when some storms from the Atlantic Ocean are approaching (cold front etc..). So it’s something different to land form the ‘wrong’ side as some people say 😜😁💪🏼

Well honestly I don’t know. It’s very fuel efficient, even though it’s looking small it’s pretty comfortable and has very modern avionics which makes it a very good plane for flight schools. Cessna 172 will stay 172; it’s a great training aircraft as well and also very forgiving 😁 It’s a classic 😉

No lo diría directamente, pero tiene sus "cositas" y complejidad. Por el tema de su situación, barrancos, la cosa se complica bastante cuando el viendo sopla del norte (de la ladera)... También hay que estar pendiente de las 3 mangas de viento en la pista (suele haber distintas direcciones de viento sobre los distintos puntos de la pista), etc. En general es una aproximación bonita. Aunque todos los aeropuerto en Canarias tienen algo que los hace especial (me refiero al tema de la aproximación)...

Coincido con Stani. En La Gomera hay que estar muy pendiente del viento orográfico, pero contrariamente a lo que se piensa, no es un aeropuerto tremendamente difícil. De hecho, suele estar bueno para volar allí la mayor parte de las veces. Los Rodeos es más complicado por meteo si vuelas en visual. Muchas veces hay que pedir un VFR especial para entrar, y con todo se te puede tapar y te tienes que ir al alternativo. Y en El Hierro por ejemplo, casi siempre tienes viento cruzado de derecha, y en la cabecera sur, como entres muy plano, la cizalladura te puede pegar un buen susto. Todos los aeropuertos son muy distintos en Canarias, con sus cosas mejores y peores, pero todos agradables de visitar.
